Group Name: Pomerado Community BandDescription: The band was organized to provide wind and percussion musicians an opportunity to perform and improve their skills and encourage a sense of community by performing at local events. Members are volunteer musicians from the San Diego and San Diego North County Communities. The band consists of 65 members ranging form middle school age to octogenarian! Several families have participated in the band over the years and the band has served as a place where members are able to from good friendships while playing good music.
